Prior background as a Real Estate Agent or Recruiter in a Real Estate Agency is an advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles and job requirements for Property Consultants and other vacant positions.
Continuously source potential candidates for the role of Property Consultant through creating job posts on various online job portals and social media platforms.
Headhunt talent through online and offline networking.
Create and implement talent acquisition social media strategy mainly on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook amongst other platforms.
Implement internal referral policy to identify and attract new talents.
Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls, emails as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
Represent the organisation during the entire recruitment process and ensure coordination of interviews by all concerned.
Promote a good conduct culture, review and manage the process ensuring appropriate best practices.
Create efficient onboarding process for new recruits and provide orientation on joining the company.
Efficiently communicate with new recruits as well as existing colleagues to ensure employee well being.
Promote positive, energetic and healthy work environment and lead by example.
Plan team building strategy and execute effectively.
Be an ambassador of the company and its brand assisting with any events and projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in Sales Recruitment or working as a Real Estate Agent is a strong advantage.
Optimist, energetic and must carry positive attitude.
Passion for Sales and Real Estate industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated to work independently and a confident decision maker.
Must have leadership skills to lead by example.
Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
Must be familiar with and very active on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook for brand building and networking amongst other social media platforms.
Action-oriented and results-driven.
Must have ability to think outside the box.
Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management, organisational, task prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
