Summary

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our MICE division in line with Hyatt International’s Corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. Your responsibility includes achieving groups, events and F&B sales targets through segment strategy development, team leadership, cultivating client relationship, delivering client proposals and presentations, negotiating and contracting, overseeing the execution of events, while collaborating with the planning and operations team. Your role will be instrumental in defining and executing the MICE business strategy, while ensuring the division's profitability and long-term success.

Qualifications

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Sales Manager or Sales Executive. Good problem solving, leadership, sales and interpersonal skills are a must.
