Understanding of the product segment, industry, the market landscape, competition, target market and target audience persona
Ability to build conventional & conceptual sales pitch of varied tones to convince diverse target audience
Skill to research on ideal prospect targets, the decision maker & influencers and identify their requirement scope.
Utilize cold calling methods to generate leads by building awareness & interest about the product
Knowledge of latest tools to find & extract decision maker or influencer contact details
Conduct virtual meetings to investigate , listen & identify the prospect requirements & highlight the product key features with respective to resolve client needs.
Build and nurture healthy pipeline of prospects to optimize the sales lead conversion rate
Work closely with reporting head to provide market feedback , suggestions and improvisation ideas for sales
Work closely with reporting head to collaborate for marketing necessities (digital and offline)
Nurture incoming leads from lead generation team & digital marketing team with good conversion rate
Manage the leads database religiously on the CRM
Follow the company protocols and standard operating procedures for client communication
Co-ordinate and conduct e-meeting with clients to present product offering and consultatively sell the concept
Work closely with sales manager to prepare proposal and quotations based on client meetings
Responsible for revenue targets
Track and present inside sales performance and forecast of business to the reporting manager
KeySkills
Minimum 3 years experience in b2b sales
Knowledge of sales navigator and sales crm usage
Skills of cold calling and email campaigning
