Role Description
This role requires a proactive and committed professional who can effectively collaborate with sales agents regionally and internationally, manage multiple responsibilities and consistently achieve sales targets.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Achieve annual sales targets for designated events and assigned territories.
Conduct comprehensive industry research within each territory to determine and assign appropriate sales targets.
Maintain accurate and detailed sales records, consistently tracking performance against established targets.
Regularly follow up with the sales network to monitor activities and evaluate performance.
Prepare and update corporate and sales reports for each territory in a timely manner.
Identify, address, and resolve issues that may impact smooth sales operations, ensuring fair and impartial resolutions.
Calculate and process commission payments for each agent based on verified sales performance.
Manage agency agreements, including drafting, processing new contracts, and handling renewals.
Attend all floor plan meetings and provide updates on sales network performance and activities.
Build, maintain, and nurture strong, ongoing, and impartial relationships with all agents.
Maintain consistent communication with the sales network and internal teams to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
Identify and onboard new agents in potential territories and industries, including conducting and managing the due diligence process.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 1-2 years of managerial sales experience.
Exhibition sales experience is a mandatory requirement for this role.
Strong sales planning and problem-solving skills; floor plan management experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
