Sales Manager Required in Dubai

We are looking for a Sales Manager from Food / FMCG industry, who has in-depth knowledge / experience in selling the products to hypermarkets, supermarkets, chain of restaurants, wholesale traders etc., If you are excellent in sales processes, lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals, then you are the one we are looking for. Key Responsibilities:

Appointing & Handling Channel Partners (Importers/ Distributors / Institutional Distributors)
Achieving primary and secondary targets set by the company
Monitoring and reporting daily activities of the sales staff
Ensuring Distributors are listing desired products and are supplying regularly.
Planning of Trade Marketing and Consumer Promotions.
Recruitment of sales staff with prior approval from seniors.
Monitoring competitor activities and reporting to seniors
Ensuring smooth payment from channel partners
Ensuring smooth working in assigned territory
Controlling overheads in the region
Conducting monthly meetings of the Sales Staff
Formulating schemes as per the regional budget
Maintaining the growth rate as per company standards
Making regular visits to General retailers including hypermarkets, supermarkets, wholesale traders, chain of restaurants, modern retailers and HORECA Buyers.

Required Qualification / Skills / Experience

A Bachelor degree in marketing or equivalent.
Overall, 10 years of experience and a minimum 5 years of experience in similar position from FMCG (food related) industry only.
FMCG / FMCG distribution company working knowledge.
A valid driving license.
Geographical knowledge of the region
Should have travelled across countries of GCC.
Should have Work experience with HORECA Segment
Should have considerable general trade and modern trade experience.
Analytical Thinking with Team Management Skills
Must be fluent in English.
