Our client is a car subscription platform that is becoming a leading player, providing a customer-centric platform with some amazing vehicles.

They are thriving in a multi-billion dollar industry and have had a rapid rise in a few years, securing multi-million dollar funding with plans to grow across the Middle East.

They're looking for a Sales Executive to help them with customer enquiries, guiding their customers through the process and consulting them on the best car available.

You will create a smooth process between your customers and partners.

An attractive salary up to AED 10,000 with an OTE of AED 15,000 dependent on your experience

What you will be doing?

Helping customers on the phone and live chat with their enquiries.
Get customers to leave online reviews once they receive their cars.
Liaise between partners and customers to ensure a smooth service.
Provide superior customer service, contribute to a positive work environment and embody our client's culture.

What do you need?

2-3 years of prior sales, new business or account management experience
World-class communication skills, particularly within English
Experience working with, and a history of exceeding monthly targets
Outstanding customer service skills and experience in issue resolution
A love for cars and experience in car rentals would be amazing!
