Sales Executive Required in Dubai

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

Presenting properties(Labor Camps) and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective clients.
Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promoting materials.
Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.
Manages all leasing activities including attracting new clients, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations and the development of attractive leasing packages.
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
Ensure lease documentation which complies with prevailing laws and regulations.
Manage client database to facilitate information retrieval.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Qualifications

3-5 years' quota carrying sales experience.
Proven working experience as Leasing Agent.
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota.
Must have Extensive knowledge of the UAE Real Estate Market(Labor camps)
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
