Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in structural steel projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and clients
Prepare and submit technical & commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders
Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure accurate costing and timelines
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations
Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects in the UAE/GCC
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth strategies
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management

Requirements
2–3 years of proven experience in sales of steel structures / structural steel fabrication
Experience in UAE or GCC countries is a plus
Strong technical understanding of steel structures, drawings, and specifications
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred
