Sales Engineer Required in Dubai

We're looking for an energetic and sales-driven, Arabic-speaking Sales Engineer to join our Sales team based in Abu Dhabi.

The successful candidate must have hands-on experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with government authorities, achieving sales targets, and providing technical support to clients and end-users.

To be considered for this role you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sales activities within the MEP and contracting firms in the HVAC industry. Strong product knowledge of DX, Decorative, and Duct Units is a must.

Key Accountabilities:

Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Taqeef business (products, service capabilities, industry competitors, and market trends.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with existing and potential customers.
Develop and maintain a broad network of contacts/customers within the HVAC business/industry to generate leads and potential business opportunities.
Use effective sales techniques to negotiate and close profitable new business in alignment with the Taqeef sales goals.
Involve relevant functions such as Business Development, Product, Application, etc. to evaluate the technical viability of the solution provided.
Follow up on existing projects and coordinate with relevant departments for project completion as per agreed timelines.
Complete weekly/monthly sales reports to the management e.g. Sales KPIs, sales activities, opportunities, risks, commitments, etc.

Key Qualifications, experience, knowledge & skills:

BSc in Mechanical Engineering discipline.
7+ years of field sales experience within the HVAC industry.
Strong product knowledge of Chillers, Decorative and Duct Units, Airside & VRF.
Excellent negotiation and customer management skills.
Understanding of Building Regulations, LEED, ASHRAE.
Fluent English and Arabic speaker is a must.
Presentable and confident.
Proficient MS Office Skills.
Valid UAE driving license (Owns a vehicle).
