Sales Engineer (Air Conditioning Systems)
Salary: AED 8,000 - AED 10,000
Location: Dubai
Candidates with a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering with more than 5 years of experience in Air Conditioning Retrofit & ESCO sales. Candidates is responsible for the sales of Air Conditioning systems and solutions to meet the needs of retrofit and ESCO market. The successful candidate must possess a strong technical understanding of Air Conditioning systems, excellent customer relationship skills, and the ability to identify and close business opportunities in the competitive UAE retrofit and ESCO market.
• Generate leads, identify sales opportunities, and establish new client relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to secure orders.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of deals.
• Strong understanding of Air Conditioning systems, components, and industry standards.
• Must have good communication skills in English & Arabic.
