Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT system failures, connectivity problems, and security issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access control.
• Ensure data backup, recovery procedures, and cybersecurity measures.
• Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and asset management.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related purchases and services.
• Support employees with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining office networks and servers.
Requirements:
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and network management.
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and cloud-based applications.
• Familiarity with firewalls, antivirus software, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
