Sales Director Required in Dubai

We are currently looking for a Sales Director (SECONDARY MARKET) to join our expanding company. The role will primarily focus on managing our Secondary Sales Division. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of the secondary market in the UAE and possess strong management experience. They will also have a keen interest in training property consultants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage, motivate, train, and develop a Secondary Market Sales team
Be involved in the acquisition, interviewing, and hiring process of the Sales team
Analyse market trends and propose different strategies to enhance productivity
Develop effective training programs to help agents advance their product knowledge, selling and negotiation skills
Support and assist agents in closing deals
Manage leads for the team and ensure leads conversion
Be fully involved in training for own sales team, especially new joiners
Ensure high productivity, consistent sales and the achievement of sales revenue targets
Regularly plan and conduct team meetings and sales team training
Design, plan and execute new sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to improve marketing strategies for lead generation
Manage the customer sales experience and post-sale customer service experience
Establish and maintain a professional relationship with current and new clients
Create relationships and attend events that may help to develop sales leads for the team
Strategize and organize roadshows to boost lead generation, brand awareness and network expansion of self and team members

REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years of experience in the real estate industry
2-3 years of work experience managing and developing a Sales team
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proven organizational and planning ability
Confident, yet approachable with excellent leadership skills
Strong decision maker
Team player
