We are hiring for people with 2 years of Sales Coordinator experience in UAE for our FMCG Client.

Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Location: DIP Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

Coordinating with clients and logistics on orders.
Handling calls, emails, and messages from customers, answering customer queries, informing them of availability, price, delivery status, and schedules.
Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product.
Coordinating with store & purchase team on availability of stocks.
Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and coordinated with logistic team to be delivered on time.
Bridging the communication between departments (Purchase, Stores & Receiving) to ensure sales, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Data entry for sales invoices on company ERP system.
Salary: AED 3000 – 3500
