Job Description for Sales and Admin Assistant

You will be an integral part of the Sales Team and work closely with sales and internal operations team. You will also be the key point of contact in managing and sharing the communication between clients and internal teams. You will be a key part of the team working towards growing the Rush-A-Way concept in UAE and internationally and eventually growing the team.

Responsibilities

Responding to and following up with incoming client inquiries via email and any other platform.
Communicating with new clients, understanding, and collecting the key information required for creating client proposals.
Creating client proposals and quotes based on the client’s requirements
Closely following up with the client till closure/confirmation.
Sharing project details to the operations team.
Managing and updating CRM data and other relevant data supporting sales team.
Updating the website content when needed
Sending email campaigns to our database
Completing all vendor registrations on client-assigned systems.
Reaching out to hotels partners for availability and venue bookings.
Creating invoices and following up for payments based on payment terms.
Admin related tasks for smooth operations
