Area Sales Manager Required in Dubai

Responsibilities

Manage traders as per the company’s business plan with allocated customer base in line with the set targets, objectives and authority limits.
Act as a change agent to Study , introduce & support in the execution of the B2B best practices. which support the business future plans to promote more effective sales & after sales approaches.
Work closely with the leadership to seek future business to business partnerships in areas of missed opportunity, whilst sustaining the current ones.
Expand Traders customer base and coverage and to identify how to enter new markets, examine profitability, of each customer and improve the return on this investment.
Produce monthly report on past performance against budget and future plans for product development; report back on competition, key market information’s and any complaints from customers.
Build relationships with Traders and potential business associates to promote Al Gurg Fosroc and its products.
Co-ordinate between Traders and customer services teams to ensure that the customers’ needs are understood and satisfied.
Ensure Traders orders are reviewed, accepted and delivered; quoted prices are maintained and authorized.
Ensure that customer queries in respect of selling prices and availability are answered expeditiously and accurately.
Ensure that orders are supported with proper documentation and dispatched promptly.
Liaise with Finance on invoicing, credit control and other finance issues.

Requirements and skills

Degree of technical discipline with a civil engineering background.
The ability to achieve & exceed targets and the control of budgets are essential for this role.
Fluent in written and spoken Arabic & English, with the ability to communicate across all levels and with different nationalities.
Negotiation skills and the ability to develop constructive business relationships are also necessary for success.
Experience in Trading business.
Experience in Construction Chemicals
