SALES ASSOCIATE Required in Dubai

Our client, a well-established Apparel & Fashion company based in Dubai is looking for a SALES ASSOCIATE. The Sales Associate will be responsible for outfitting and accessorizing customers and suggestive selling as per the occasion and event. Will be more involved in off-the-rack selling.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and provide guidance to customers for sales.

· Coordinate and help customers in the classification of outfits as per the event/occasion.

· Assisting them during trials.

· Involvement in visual merchandising of the store.

· Achieve individual/ store sales targets.

· Adherence to policies, systems, and procedures.

· Maximizing sales and profitability through excellent customer service.

Skills:

· Should be well-versed in both Arabic & English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Knowledge of fashion trends, color schemes, fabrics, and designer labels.

· Understanding of different face and body shapes.

· Effective communication skills to work with clients.

· Creativity and innovation.

· Eye for detail.

· Well organized.

· Ability to work under tight deadlines.

· Ability to influence the decisions of customers.

Others:

· Experience: Preferably from Indian/ Western Women Designer wear background

· Education: Any Graduate preferably in Fashion Management

· Experience: 1- 4 years

The salary range would be AED 3000 – AED 5000 + Incentives. UAE residence visa, and medical insurance shall be provided. The salary for the right candidate is not a constraint.
