Sales Assistant Required in Dubai

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales flow. You will primarily be in charge of answering the phone and all forms of inquiries, discuss clients requirements and handing it off to sales management. You will be incharge of scheduling and preparing quotations & any necessary documents . You will provide outstanding customer service between the sales team and the clients.

Responsibilities

Answering the main phone for all incoming calls whether clients or suppliers
Checking all forms of inquires also includes emails etc.
Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success
Coordinate scheduling with clients and sales team members
Strong follow up skills
Respond to clients in a timely manner
Handle customer inquiries and issues
Office administration duties
Assist clients with coffee
Help coordinate with the cleaner to keep the office in order

Qualifications

Equivalent experience
Customer-service oriented
Strong English spoken & written
Proficient in Microsoft Office
