Aheera is looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to grow our B2B and B2C business in the luxury design market.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in B2B sales, business development and client acquisition
• Experience in achieving sales targets and marketing milestones
• Hands-on experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns
• An established network across hospitality, real estate developers, architecture and interior design
• Strong pro-active networking, communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in the luxury, interiors, furniture or lifestyle sector
• Experience in attending networking events and exhibitions

Preferences:
Strong written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.

Valid driving license and comfortable with driving.

Good organisation and follow-up skills.

Ability to prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and client communications.

Comfortable maintaining a client database, tracking leads and reporting sales pipeline progress.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, presentations and CRM tools.

Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

UAE market knowledge and willingness to attend client meetings and networking events.

Compensation: Commission-based, linked to sales performance.
