Sales Agent – Real Estate - Dubai

We’re Hiring — Sales Agent (Leasing | Resale | Off-Plan)
RE/MAX Smart Concept is expanding its Abu Dhabi team and is looking for motivated, results-driven sales professionals to source listings, close transactions, and build long-term client relationships. If you have proven UAE property experience and a talent for sales, this role offers uncapped commission and strong growth opportunities.
Your Role:
• Source, list and close property deals across Leasing, Resale (Secondary) and Off-Plan segments.
• Provide clients with accurate market advice, pricing guidance and property valuations.
• Prospect and nurture relationships with landlords, buyers and investors to grow your pipeline.
• Negotiate contract terms and ensure all transactions meet Abu Dhabi property regulations and compliance requirements.
• Work with internal teams and marketing to promote listings and coordinate viewings and handovers.
What You Need:
• Minimum 3+ years of real estate experience in the UAE (Abu Dhabi market preferred).
• Proven sales, telesales and negotiation skills with a track record of closed deals.
• Valid UAE driving licence; ADM licence is an added advantage.
• Strong command of English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to manage leads and pipeline effectively.
