ABOUT THE FUNCTION
The Guest Experience function for Emaar Entertainment engages in providing exceptional service to all the guests, driving great guest satisfaction and guest experience across activities such as greeting guest, sales guidance, completing sales transactions, addressing queries and store maintenance.
