Customer Care Professional Required in Dubai

Full Time : Immediate Hire (*required Due to Business Growth)

We are looking for the right person with a vivacious personality to join us in a Customer Care role. Someone who loves speaking with clients and has experience working on CRM systems.

The role includes working reduced hours over the weekend on a rota based schedule.

Knowledge Sought

•Work background as one or more of the following: Customer Service, Guest Relations or PA

•Experience dealing regularly with senior management, suppliers, clients/customers

•Good local knowledge of Dubai's restaurants, experiences, hotels etc…

•Good communication skills (English) written and verbal.

•Experience working comfortably in a highly collaborative and fast-changing environment.

Experience

•Degree in Administration, Hospitality, or equivalent of the same in working experience.

•At least 3 years of relevant working experience

•Demonstrated experience in the management of clients/customers

•Relevant experience in the middle east region.
