Are you a skilled Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Submission Officer looking for a rewarding position in the healthcare industry? Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and submit medical insurance claims accurately via both e-claim platforms and manual channels.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE healthcare standards and payer-specific policies.
• Track, monitor, and follow up on all submitted claims—particularly focusing on rejections or denials.
• Work collaboratively with the billing, coding, and front-desk departments to maintain accurate patient and claim documentation.
• Generate and maintain periodic reports related to claim status, rejections, and revenue tracking.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in RCM or medical billing within a UAE-based clinic or hospital.
• Strong working knowledge of DHA and eClaimLink insurance systems.
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and DRG coding standards.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Proficient in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
