We’re Hiring – Retail Store Manager
We are looking for an experienced retail manager to lead a busy store in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be customer-centric, sales-driven, and comfortable running store operations independently—especially in the perfume/cosmetics category. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong people management, and a clear focus on meeting sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth, efficient workflows.
• Drive sales performance and work to consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Manage inventory levels, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Prepare regular reports and track store performance metrics for senior management.
Requirements:
• Proven retail management experience (minimum 2 years) in the UAE—experience in perfume/cosmetics is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills.
• Strong customer-focused attitude with a target-driven approach.
• Able to manage a team and take full ownership of store performance.
• Professional, reliable, and able to work retail hours as required.
