NEW ROLE: Head of Audio-Visual (AV) Division – Dubai
Enrollme HR Consultancy is recruiting an experienced leader to head an Audio-Visual division for clients in Dubai. This senior role is ideal for a technically strong, delivery-focused professional who has led large AV projects and can drive strategic growth while managing client relationships and technical teams.
Role Overview
• Lead the AV division end-to-end — from design and engineering through procurement, installation and commissioning.
• Own project delivery for premium, large-scale AV implementations, ensuring timelines, quality and client satisfaction.
• Work closely with IT, ELV and Security teams (where applicable) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Define technical standards, best practices and operational processes for the AV team.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for AV projects and teams.
• Manage client engagements, handle escalations, and build strong long-term relationships.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, vendor coordination and risk mitigation.
• Ensure technical compliance, documentation and handover procedures are consistently applied.
• Mentor and develop senior engineers and project managers within the division.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications or a related discipline.
• 8+ years’ industry experience in AV/IT, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within the UAE market.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale, high-quality AV projects.
• Strong commercial, client-management and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• Familiarity with IT/ELV/Security solutions is advantageous.
• Must be available in the UAE and ready to join per client timelines.
