EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

We are a young and dynamic organization leading the development of Smart VAS, Mobile Money, Retail and Hospitality and Digital Innovation projects across the MENA region. As a business accelerator for both new business startups and distribution partnerships with international telecom service providers we drive the incubation, launch and operational execution of ventures across GCC and Africa.

We are currently looking for retail sales executive for our retail-telecom industry to act as the customer interface representing company's brand values whilst maximizing sales revenues and providing excellent level of customer service in the retail channel across the UAE.

Requirements:

Retail Sales Executive will be required to possess good levels of education and skills including Experience Requirements.

Diploma holder or college graduate.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail sales and customer service.
Experience in telecom sector is an added advantage.
Keyboard proficiency and PC skills (MS Office and MS Outlook)

Skills:

Customer Service focused and Sales orientated.
Team player.
Flexible approach towards work.
Self-motivated / Self-starter.
Able to work in shifts.
Problem solving / Analytical skills.
Effective listening skills that deliver against customer needs.
Strong communication skills written and verbal in one, but preferably two of the following languages - English/Arabic/Hindi
