Job Description:

Responsible for the commercial development of business, through implementation & maintenance of professional standards in the assigned territory
Maximize the Sales and Profitability of the Business within the assigned territory
Ensure the optimum rental through better negotiations with Mall Management & Landlords
Ensure that all stores provide service levels which exceed customers’ expectations
Monitor store inventory, and initiate action on slow-moving and dead stock

Qualifications:

At least 6 years of UAE or GCC experience in retail or multiple store management
Perfume or cosmetics sales background is an advantage
UAE driving license and own car is a must
