Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Neera Private Members Club located in Dubai. The Restaurant Manager will oversee food and beverage operations, maintain customer satisfaction, hire and train staff, and ensure effective communication between all members of the team. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless management of Neera.

Qualifications
Customer service and satisfaction skills
Hiring and staff management skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong food and beverage knowledge
Experience with managing employee schedules and budgeting
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle customer complaints with ease
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
Previous experience working in high-end restaurants or private members' clubs is a plus
