Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of the restaurant, including but not limited to: managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety, managing inventory, and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a managerial role in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating staff
Knowledge of food and beverage regulations and safety standards
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
Experience in the Middle East and fluency in Arabic is a plus
