We are seeking an experienced and lively Reservations Agen and excited to see you How will you bring the local neighborhood story to life satisfying those most curious guests.

Our homes are carefully chosen, tastefully decorated in Dubai most Desired locations to create memorable and unique experiences for our guests whether they are at the heart of old town Dubai , Palm Jumeirah , Jbr beach or right on top of Dubai Fountain with Magnificent view of Burj Khalifa all with 5 stars facilities offering seamless service and array of experiences reflecting this expressive neighbourhood

Your day to day

· Attend to Guest Enquiries and complete all reservations in a timely fashion whilst providing a high standard of guest service

· Negotiate with caller on an offer alternative options incase their choice is not available

· Adhere to all sales principals are used for every call handled.

· exceed set individual targets for every call handled & deal with any difficult callers with a calm and professional approach.

· communicate with the Team Manager as necessary on any reservation issues that need attention or assistance.

The right candidate is energetic and fun personality with two year’s experience passionate about people and hospitality with experience in a similar role in hotels/hospitality industry.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. If you are this person, we’d like to meet you.
