Reservations Agent Required in Dubai
This is a full-time on-site Reservation Agent role located in Dubai. The Reservation Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with their booking reservations, managing customer complaints, addressing customer concerns, answering questions related to the accommodation rental, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Reservation Agent must be able to multitask and handle a high volume of calls and emails. The candidate must have excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to work well in a team-oriented environment to meet the needs of our guests.

Description

· Managing the full process of closing deal / booking

· Listing of properties on all portals : Airbnb, property finder, bayut, dubizzle etc
· Answer calls, emails and whatsap related to booking inquiries

· Negotiating offers and make sure to get the best deals

· Preparing contracts and invoices and sharing the contracts and receipt with account department

· Make sure the payment is received before check in.
· Coordinate cleaning and laundry pick up after checkouts
· Maintain the units at highest possible occupancy

· Be a problem solver to tenants and bridge between tenant and suppliers / maintenance

· Registration of tenant on DTCM portal and buildings securities for a smooth check-in process

· Keep track of expenses occurring in the properties and allocate accordingly to the units ( upload invoices in the system)
· Establish, develop and maintain business relationship with the customers to generate leads and renewals.

Preferable:
· Holiday Home Experience and Sales Experience
