A clinical healthcare provider operating in the Hospital & Patient Care sector in the United Arab Emirates. We deliver on-site nursing services across acute, outpatient and community settings focused on safe, evidence-based patient care and regulatory compliance.

This role is for a hands-on bedside Registered Nurse supporting multidisciplinary teams across UAE facilities.

Primary Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Role & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care: conduct assessments, monitor vital signs, implement care plans and document clinical status accurately.
Administer medications and intravenous therapies safely, adhering to dosage protocols and double-check procedures.
Perform wound care, dressing changes and basic procedures, escalating complications to clinical leads and physicians.
Maintain infection prevention practices, including isolation protocols and aseptic technique at all times.
Use electronic medical records to update charts, record observations, handovers and medication administration records.
Collaborate with doctors, allied health and support staff to coordinate transfers, discharges and patient education.

BLS or ACLS certification
Experience with EMR implementations or digital charting workflows

Qualifications (required)

Registered Nurse qualification (Diploma/BSN) from an accredited institution.
Active UAE nursing license (DHA/DoH/HAAD or equivalent) and eligibility to work on-site in the UAE.
Clinical experience in hospital or acute-care settings; ICU/ER exposure is an advantage.
