Charge Nurse Required in Dubai

Specialized Rehabilitation Hospital is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Charge Nurse to join our Long Term Ventilation Unit (LTVU). As one of the region’s leading rehabilitation and long-term care providers, we are looking for a strong clinical leader who can confidently manage ventilated and high-dependency patients while promoting patient safety, quality care, and team excellence.

✅Key Qualifications/ Requirements

Emirati
Active DOH RN License
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Including at least 2 years in critical care, step-down, or ventilation care
Annual ventilator competency validation
No patient safety incidents under investigation within the past 24 months

Required Certifications

Basic Life Support (BLS) – Active
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – Mandatory
Ventilator Management Competency
Sepsis & Rapid Response Training
Pressure Injury Prevention Certification (Preferred)

⭐ Clinical & Leadership Competencies

Demonstrated ability to manage ventilated and high-dependency patients
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
Participation in a minimum of 5 documented Code Blue events
Infection control compliance ≥ 98%
Experience in safe staffing coordination
At least 3 months cumulative experience as Charge Nurse reliever
Led at least one clinical audit or patient safety initiative
Experience mentoring and supporting junior nurses
Enrolled in or completed Clinical Leadership Pathway Level 1
