Regional Sales Manager Required n Dubai

The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

Responsibilities

Meets regional and international sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for the region.
Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities or product, packaging, and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, and tracking competitors.
Support the learning and development of the sales team.
Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
Track and report all sales activities
Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of Sales Experience
Chemical/Petrochemical Industry and Product Knowledge
Experience managing sales teams
Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft office)

Education

Bachelor's degree in business or related field
