What you will be responsible for:
Lead the sales effort for Bitdeer overall business and full range of products in Dubai/UAE/EMEA region;
Able to establish global and regional channels and expand customer base rapidly, maintain customer relationship;
Able to formulate regional and global sales strategies based on the company's business strategy;
According to the customer database, establish the key customer or VIP operation management system to improve the loyalty of key customers;
Represent the company in the region's conferences and supporting the company's brand building, promotion and marketing;
Be one of the key persons in charge of the company's globalization strategy;
Able to have thorough understanding of customer needs and channel customer feedbacks on company's products and services, to contently improve the product features and customer satisfaction;
How you will stand out:
Preferably with rich experience in sales management and existing wide network of key customers and high-network-worth in the Power/Energy/Oil & Gas/Mining Data Center/Cryptocurrency/Construction industry in EMEA/UAE region;
Passionate about cryptocurrency (e.g. Mining) and digital customers and accounts management, more than 2 years of experience in direct account and channel management;
Solid financial product and market knowledge (with good digital assets assets/tokenization and with wide network of clients and customers from the mentioned market preferred
Familiar and involved in global and regional industrial community of the mentioned market preferred;
Sensitive to data, be able to complete data analysis report independently,
Excellent communication skills, able to complete cross departmental communication and negotiation independently; self-driving ability in project organization and implementation, strong organization and coordination ability and project management ability;
Spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation;
Being able to excel in a competitive environment, being able to work independently and as a team player;
Being able to travel (up to 1/2 of the time).
