Regional Sales Manager Required in Dubai
The ideal candidate will oversee the relationship of the company with our key client. He/She will be responsible maintaining our long term key clients providing solutions and services for them to succeed. He/She is required to develop new business across the region whilst identifying opportunities to maximize revenue and profit.
Responsibilities
Managing key clients portfolio from Eastern Europe, Africa and UAE, ensuring their business and needs are managed professionally.
Continuous review of market performance versus the annual plan with creation of action plans to address areas of under-performance, driving new activity.
Work cross-functionally across Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Finance, Customer Services teams to develop and execute on the client strategies in a deliberate way that maximizes the outcomes.
Research and understand the competitive market, planning opportunities to grow the portfolio with the aim of advancing sales and profits.
Research, identify, develop and convert pipeline opportunities into profitable new business.
Involve in the category planning / customer planning process, and deliver actions agreed.
Support the Marketing and Innovation functions through assistance in proprietary development.
Prepare reports for meetings, presentations, forecasting, budgeting, sales analysis and strategic planning activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor/Master Degree in Business, Finance or Marketing
Minimum 10 years experience in Key Account Management (KAM) in B2B environment .within Tobacco industry
Aggressive and tenacious in technical sales
Proven track record of success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting and creating new business
Strong experience in presenting to senior business stakeholders, through the use of insightful reporting and analytics
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to create empathy with customers, allowing relationships to be forged quickly
Highly self-motivated, ambitious, resourceful and driven
Arabic speaking required
