Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based at our office in Business Bay, Dubai.The Recruiter will support the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews and coordinating feedback with hiring managers.The role will focus on building and maintaining strong talent pipelines across sales, advisory and support positions, while working closely with the Recruitment team and leadership to understand hiring requirements.You will also maintain accurate candidate records, support recruitment events, prepare offers, assist with onboarding and contribute to ONEA’s employer branding within the Dubai real estate market.Previous recruitment experience is not required. Previous experience within the Dubai real estate market is required.

Experience
Previous experience working within the Dubai real estate market — required
Previous recruitment experience is an advantage, but not required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident in approaching, engaging and building relationships with candidates
Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
Familiarity with professional networks, digital platforms and recruitment tools is an advantage
Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information responsibly
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
