We are hiring a professional Receptionist Storekeeper to handle both front desk operations and inventory management. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment for visitors while ensuring that all stock and supplies are efficiently managed. Receptionist Duties:
• Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle front desk inquiries.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized reception area.
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and filing documents.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Storekeeper Duties:
• Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure the quality and quantity meet specifications.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels.
• Organize stockroom and label inventory properly for easy tracking.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with purchasing and administration teams for stock replenishment and material requests.
• Ensure proper storage practices and compliance with safety and organizational standards.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a dual role of receptionist and storekeeper is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Skilled in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
• Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Must currently reside in the UAE or be willing to relocate to Dubai.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
