About the Role:
As a Business Development Specialist (China Corridor), you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base across the UAE, specifically targeting the Chinese market segment. Your responsibilities will include customer acquisition, building corporate alliances, and contributing to strategic business growth through market insights and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive customer acquisition and develop strategies to target retail and corporate clients, especially within the China Corridor.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and contribute to increasing revenue and market share.
• Establish strategic alliances with business partners and associations to strengthen our presence.
• Participate in lead generation events, business forums, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis, offering insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
• bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in business development, preferably within financial services or banking.
• Strong understanding of the Chinese market and business culture in the UAE is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are a strong advantage.
