Hiring Receptionist / Admin with Insurance Knowledge
Job Description:
• Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries whenever possible.
• Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
• Manage office supplies and inventory.
• Arrange and monitor the incoming and outgoing documents in the office.
• Perform data-entry, recording, printing and filing duties
• Send invoices to the clients.
• Send monthly Outstanding Statement to clients.
• Serves visitors and customers by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
• Schedule and arrange CEO/General Manager's meeting and appointment for business and personal.
• Maintaining effective records and administration. Organize and assist CEO/General Manager's business and personal requirements.
• Undertake any Ad-hoc admin duties as required-
• Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
• Language: Arabic (Preferred)
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
