Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and visitors, manage check-in/check-out processes, and provide an excellent first impression.
• Answer and triage phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic calendar efficiently.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with basic administrative duties.
• Coordinate with clinicians and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of reception experience specifically within an aesthetic or cosmetic clinic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with diverse clientele.
• Professional presentation and a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail.
