Receivable Accountant - Dubai

Middle East Cable Manufacturing is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Receivable Accountant to join their finance team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company’s accounts receivable, supporting the organization’s continued leadership in the industrial manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities:
• Process customer invoices, monitor receivables, and track aging reports
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding balances and escalate delays when necessary
• Reconcile customer accounts, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes with accurate AR data
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports and maintain up-to-date customer records
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for credit control and payment follow-ups
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and UAE VAT regulations
Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on accounts receivable experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and financial compliance standards
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
