Description:
A leading real estate company in Dubai is looking for a creative and results-driven Content Creator & Digital Ads Specialist to join their team on-site. This role combines content creation with managing paid ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads and enhance brand presence.
Responsibilities:
• Produce engaging photo and video content for property listings and lifestyle campaigns
• Design social media posts, stories, and ad creatives using Canva or Photoshop
• Write compelling ad copies, captions, and messaging for campaigns
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
• Monitor campaign performance and report key metrics such as CPL, CTR, and conversions
• Visit project sites to capture relevant content as needed
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in real estate marketing or digital marketing
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and content creation tools
• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience targeting
• Basic photo and video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Photoshop)
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
