Real Estate Team Leader Required in Dubai

This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Team Leader at Astrada Properties located in Dubai.

Team Leader with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in real estate in a senior post, holding a valid UAE driving license. The successful candidate must have team-leading capabilities.

Job Purpose

To manage a new team and provide effective guidance. Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. Able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

- Setting clear team goals

- Delegating tasks and set deadlines for internal team

- Lead & supervise the sales team , and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry, redirecting and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall sales objectives.

- Supervise and follow up on team leads, viewing & meetings.

- Offer advice and motivate the team to close sales.

- Define and implement developer / client relations strategy

- Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, and secure financing, and complete paperwork for the sale.

- Set weekly, monthly, and yearly targets for the agents to achieve and conduct sales meetings.

- Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effective lasing with other related businesses and colleagues.

- Develop networks within the real estate industry.

- Attend property events to generate new business leads.

Qualifications

Real Estate License, Real Estate, and Real Property knowledge and experience
Strong customer service and sales skills
Ability to negotiate and close deals
An understanding of market trends and property values
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field is preferred
