Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will be responsible for facilitating real estate transactions between buyers and sellers. They will provide advisory support, market trends, prepare and provide a comparative market analysis, and expertise on real estate properties. The Property Consultant should collaborate with clients and other real estate professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven working experience as a Property Consultant or in a related real estate field
Good knowledge of the real estate market trends and properties
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in English and Arabic.
Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Customer-oriented mindset, ethical and proactive behavior
UAE driver's license is preferable
