We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring, managing, and coaching a team of real estate sales agents, driving sales, and achieving business targets.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.

· Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales agents.

· Provide training and coaching to sales agents to improve performance.

· Conduct regular sales meetings and presentations.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

· Stay up to date with market trends and real estate regulations

· Analyze market data to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions.

· Responsible for hiring agents and building a competitive team.

Requirements:

· Proven track record of success as a real estate sales manager or in a similar leadership role.

· Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and industry regulations.

· Must be aware of market strategies and mandatory paperwork.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
