Main Duties

Providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Follow-up with leads to increase sales
Build and Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Display and market real property to possible buyers
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)

Requirements and Skills:

Diploma degree is required preferred specialized in related field
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic and active personality
Technology driven

Location: Sharjah

Driving License is a plu
