Suitable candidate must have following :

Skills & Experience:

- Flexible – be online and attentive, even after office hours.

- Self – initiative: find your way to attract home-owners and clients for the home.

- Ambitious and goal-oriented – the willingness to close deals and go on and beyond to reach the goal and target.

- Have knowledge about the real estate market

- Onboarding properties experience

- Fluent English, and Russian, Arabic added language is a benefit.

- Hard working and good attitude

- Be firm and judgment – know what you’re talking about and be confident about it.

- Negotiation skills – An analytical approach to portfolio management and growing profitable supply.

- Well-organized and can do attitude.

Job Description:

Property Acquisition. Building supply through both proactive and reactive outreach face-to-face, over the phone, and via e-mail.
Visit properties and take the presentable pictures and list them on property portals.
Attending the client's enquiries over the phone calls, WhatsApp and Emails
Have knowledge about the real estate market, good locations, and how to evaluate properties for yearly rentals.
Self-motivated to go on and beyond to find new property owners
Sales experience – actively and positively looking for new properties, and potential clients and know how to convince them.
Evaluate and improve sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
Be flexible and always online. Time kills deals, and immediate responses is needed.
Excellent communicating skills and willing to win the trust from property owners and potential guests.
Strategic outreach. You will find creative ways to develop partnerships which allow us to add multiple properties to our portfolio
