Role Description

This is a full-time Real Estate Manager role located in Dubai. As a Real Estate Manager at Holmes and Homes Real Estate, you will be responsible for overseeing the property portfolio, managing the leasing and sale of properties, conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying new business opportunities. This is an on-site role that requires a high level of communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Real Estate Management
Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, its regulations, and practices
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to manage a large real estate portfolio
Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Real Estate Software
Fluent in English is a must. Additional languages will be an added advantage
