Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing consulting services to clients, communicating with clients to understand their needs, delivering excellent customer service, sales, and handling real estate transactions. You will be an intermediary between sellers and buyers.

Responsibilities

Marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers.
Growing the firm's customer base by generating leads,
Counseling clients on market conditions,
Developing competitive market prices.

Qualifications

Must have at least 2 years experience on selling off plan & ready properties in Dubai real estate sector.
Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
Knowledge of real estate industry
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
Fluency in Arabic or Russian is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to achieve sales target and work independently.
Must be Ambitious and hardworking.
Strong work ethics.
Professional, organized, honest and presentable.
Valid U.A.E driving license & own car.
