Responsibilities:

Conducting transactions for the sale of luxury real estate in Dubai: from receiving a client request to negotiating with clients and concluding a transaction for the sale of luxury real estate;

Active interaction with clients: negotiation, identification of client needs, selection of objects and their presentation;

Advising clients on the luxury real estate market and the cost of objects in Dubai;

Maintaining a CRM system and approving contracts;

Work at client events of the company and events of partner companies.

Requirements:

experience in the sale of real estate for at least 3 years (required);

high negotiation skills - the ability to negotiate with anyone; the

ability to work with objections;

experience of successful negotiations with very wealthy people;

activity, sociability, high focus on achieving results, no fear of opening new horizons.
